ActivEngage Receives Highest Rating for Live Chat in the 2015 Dealers’ Choice Awards

July 21, 2015 (Orlando, FL) -- ActivEngage, the most trusted brand in automotive live chat, has been awarded the top-ranking Diamond Award for live chat in the 2015 Dealers’ Choice Awards, a national survey sponsored by Auto Dealer Monthly magazine.

This is the fourth Diamond Award for ActivEngage, matching its achievement in 2014, 2013 and 2011, and the fifth time receiving a Dealers’ Choice Award having received the 2nd-highest Platinum Award in 2012.

The Dealers’ Choice Awards recognizes the automotive industry’s highest-rated product and service providers. In this annual program, dealership personnel evaluates vendors on their product or service, customer service satisfaction, the value of the product or service to the industry, and whether they would recommend the provider to another dealership.
